In 2008 I had designed this poster in support of Barack Obama’s candidacy for president. On a whim I submitted it to the Manifest Hope Competition setup by MoveOn.org and Obey.

This poster was one of the 5 winners and put on display in Denver for the Democratic National Convention. As a result it was auctioned off for charity. The buyer of the poster was from Rome and asked me and another finalist to come to Rome to be part of a rally for the Italian Democratic Party.
